Position: Technical Architect Lead – Architecture & Interiors

Main Location: [New Cairo / Riyadh / Hybrid]

Hybrid Location: [Riyadh] - Canditate could travel in periodical times to our branch at KSA

Experience Required: +7 Years

Job Type: Full-time

We are looking for a Technical Design Lead to head the architectural and interior technical team. This role combines technical excellence, leadership, team development, and client engagement. The ideal candidate will bring both deep experience and innovation to the role, including a proactive use of AI tools and advanced software to support the design and technical documentation process. Awareness of both the Egyptian and Saudi markets is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Architectural & Interior Technical Leadership

• Lead the production of detailed architectural and exterior technical drawings using Revit.

• Oversee interior design shop drawings using AutoCAD and Revit for high-end residential, commercial,

and hospitality projects.

• Coordinate complete construction documentation, including architectural, structural, and MEP integration.

• Uphold high standards of technical quality and drawing accuracy.

FF&E, Joinery, and Kitchen Detailing

• Supervise the development of detailed FF&E packages, including specifications for furniture, lighting, finishes, and accessories.

• Manage the technical detailing of custom joinery and kitchens, ensuring coordination with vendors, factories, and site conditions.

• Support the procurement and site teams with technical reviews, mock-up approvals, and BOQs.

Team Leadership & Workflow Innovation

• Lead and mentor a team of architects, draftsmen, and FF&E specialists.

• Conduct internal training sessions to elevate technical capabilities.

• Integrate AI tools and smart workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and output speed across teams.

• Encourage the use of various software to support design and documentation:

• Photoshop – post-production and visual enhancement.

• SketchUp – conceptual massing and spatial studies.

• Canva – internal/external presentations and reports.

• 3ds Max – Normal Knowledge required for studying the design or exporting to another software.

Client Interaction & Market Insight

• Represent the technical team in client meetings, presentations, and coordination discussions.

• Provide expert consultation on material usage, construction methods, and compliance with market norms in Egypt and KSA.

• Stay updated on regional trends, supplier capabilities, and local regulations.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.

• +7 years of technical design experience in both architecture and interiors.

• High-level proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD.

• Experience with FF&E coordination, joinery, and kitchen detailing.

• Strong skills in Photoshop, SketchUp, and Canva.

• Familiarity with AI tools and digital workflows in architecture and design.

• Proven team leadership and project management abilities

• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
