Technical Client Relations Engineer for Orascom Development

Key Responsibilities:

-Act as the primary technical liaison between the company and clients, ensuring effective communication and satisfaction

-Analyze client requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions that align with business objectives

-Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and training sessions for clients

-Provide timely support to resolve client issues and ensure continuous improvement in service quality

-Gather client feedback and relay it to the product development team to support innovation and improvement

-Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or architecture engineering
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the same Role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset
