Senior Mechanical Technical Office Engineer for Tasheed Developments

**Job Responsibilities:**
1. **Preparing mechanical plans and designs**: This includes ventilation, heating, cooling, and fire-fighting systems.
2. **Supervising the implementation of mechanical works**: Monitoring the implementation of work on-site and ensuring compliance with the engineering plans and required technical specifications.
3. **Budget and Timeline Management**: Estimating costs and controlling the budget for mechanical works to ensure the project is implemented within the specified financial framework.
4. **Equipment and System Testing**: Conducting the necessary inspections and tests to ensure the efficiency and safety of mechanical systems before actual operation.
5. **Coordinating with other engineering teams**: Working closely with electrical and civil engineers to ensure the integration of the various systems within the project.
6. **Preparing Technical Reports**: Documenting work phases, preparing project progress reports, and providing solutions to any technical problems facing implementation.
7. **Maintenance Supervision**: Follow up on the periodic maintenance of mechanical equipment and systems to ensure continued efficient performance.
