Job Description: Technical Office Architect Engineer (5-8 Years of Experience)

Location: (Based on-site) Sheraton

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze architectural design drawings, ensuring that they are fully aligned with project specifications and construction requirements.
• Prepare and review technical submittals, material specifications, and shop drawings.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and contractors to resolve any design-related issues during the construction phase.
• Assist in preparing detailed reports, progress updates, and design modifications as required.
• Review and verify architectural drawings, detailing, and construction documents for accuracy and compliance with codes, standards, and regulations.
• Monitor the implementation of architectural designs at the construction site, ensuring compliance with the approved plans and quality standards.
• Participate in project meetings to ensure smooth communication between the design team, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Liaise with external vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely procurement of materials.
• Ensure that all technical documents are up-to-date and maintained according to the project's requirements.
• Manage the architectural aspects of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines and budgets are adhered to.
• Provide technical support and solutions to the construction team, addressing any issues or challenges that arise during the build phase.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in a technical office architectural role, preferably in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software.
• Solid understanding of building codes, standards, and regulations in Egypt.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
