Printing Junior Service Eng. for Youssef Allam Group

.Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, software upgrading and repair on designated equipment

.Completing Preventative Maintenance on time & properly based on the check list belongs to each equipment model.

.Ordering spare parts and managing shorter downtime of repair and minimizing repeated calls.

.Maintaining daily communications with customers directly or via Customer Service team to ensure resolution and proper follow-up

.Maintaining tools and test equipment and ensuring they are properly calibrated.

Job Requirements:

.Bachelor’s degree of Mechanical Engineering , or Mechatronics Engineering

Exp. :0-1 year

.Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills

.Strong time management skills.

.Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills.
