FO GNOC Engineer for Huawei

🔺 Huawei is hiring " FO GNOC Engineer " 

⭕ Education Background:
Communication/Computer Engineering or related major. Recommended University (Cairo University, Ain Shams University, Canadian International College, Modern Academy for Engineering and Technology, MUST University, Alexandria University, Mansoura University, Benha University, El Asher Universty, Egyptian Russian University)

⭕ Responsibilities:
Monitoring CT/IT systems and infrastructure.
First-level service quality surveillance, alarm handling, problem escalation, and restoration.
Dispatching, Escalation, and notification for problems also interacting with different support team.
Troubleshoot and resolve network issues promptly.
Perform routine maintenance and updates. Generate reports on network performance and incidents.

⭕ Requirements:
0-2 years of experience in a similar role.
Mobile package/CCNA/SQL/Linux/ICDL course Preferred
NTI Diploma Preferred
Understanding the Network Performance KPIs and correlation between them.
Strong knowledge of network protocols and troubleshooting techniques,
Good Knowledge of Incident Management Process and Lifecycle.
Good Knowledge of SLA/KPIs.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience in using Microsoft tools (Excel, Word & Outlook).
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
