Senior Design Review Engineer for MBG DEVELOPMENTS

• Review and design architectural and engineering drawings.
• Good knowledge in new capital codes standards, guidelines and regulations.
• Review detailed blueprints and make any necessary corrections
• Design review buildings and brainstorm project ideas
• Design review and model drawings in BIM and assist in reviewing project proposals, remaining a part of the process from conception through development.
• Work on developing concepts (Schematic & development stages) Produce architectural & presentation detailed drawings Assists in compiling data for architectural plans,
• Specifications, cost estimates, reports, etc.
• Assists in the preparation for plans for existing buildings where plans are not available.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including design calculations, material selections and drafting designs.
• Work closely with stakeholders and other engineers to ensure designs meet all requirements.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in architect engineer
• 5+ Years Minimum Experience.
• Experience in New Capital is highly required.
• BIM, sketching plans, working drawings, Photoshop.
• Extra requirements: 3Ds MAX
