Mechanical Site Engineer for Green Construction & Trading

• Prepare required reports regarding the work done in the site and submit it to the direct manager.
• Preparing the request for information “RFIs” reports.
• Preparing and reviewing owner and contractor statements.
• Prepare material quantity surveying and site material request “MR”.
• Review workplaces and prepare reports regarding their readiness to start Mechanical works or not.
• Review the approved shop drawings from the consultant before starting Mechanical works.
• Preparing the workplace to carry out Mechanical works.
• Preparing spaces for storing the required materials with the storekeepers.
• Preparing the equipment required to start the Mechanical works.
• Coordinate with his manager to provide the numbers required Manpower to start the Electrical/ Mechanical works.
• Complete the works after the consultant’s notes (if any).
• Prepare a matching request for the materials supplied to the site according to what has been approved and make an inspection request “IR”
• Ensure that the work starts according to the approved drawings, taking in consideration avoiding the consultant’s comments’ regarding the inspection request “IR”
• Following up the subcontractor / casual labor in the usage of approved materials and required equipment.
• Manage manpower duties/results, achievements and quality of performance.
• Manage material waste on site.

Job Requirements :

• BSc degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience 3-5 years in the same role in construction companies.
