Mission:

Will be part of Optics Global professional Service delivery team who is responsible end-to-end to deliver all transport professional services starting from the network design till validation of new solutions and implementation in customer network.

This team works directly and closely with Professional Services PLMs to understand customer professional services requirements, translate them into deliverables and works across all the IPRT functions to lead, develop and deliver on-time results to our customers.

Essential Functions:

The SME provides best in class expertise to external/ internal partners in the IPT design domain:

Key responsibilities:

Support PLM during the offer phases to clarify the needs, assess feasibility and identify the related effort/ costs;

Support PM/TPM during project execution providing technical support as per SoW;

Responsible for making the HLD;

Work with and lead SME for LLD and MoP documents;

Deliver design related Professional services on site/remote (migration/transformation...);

Will focus in the NMS pre-staging initiative implemented worldwide.

Fluent in French is a must

Minimum Experience Required 3 Years in Alcatel-lucent IP transport product line (DWDM-PSS/OTN & NMS);

Complete accountability;

Attitude to work in a team in project environment;

Good communication skills towards customer and internal teams are equally important to technical knowledge and experience;

Field experience in ALU IP transport products mainly in Network management system , DWDM(PSS/OTN);

Have experience in installation, integration and Migration of NMS & OMS;

Work in R11 up to new releases of NMS;

Capable to make basis troubleshooting for NMS;

Fluent in English (speaking/writing);

Able to work under stress;

Should know various transport technologies like DWDM, SDH, ETH (EoSDH and MPLS-TP), GMPLS;

Should know transport portfolio catalogue;

Should have good communication and negotiation skills to manage customer;

Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications or related IT field;

2 or more years experience in Transport networks;

The ability and willingness to travel as per project requirements.
