- 3+ years of web development experience.

- Proficient with front-end technologies with HTML5, CSS3 [ + Bootstrap framework], Javascript [ + jQuery framework].

- Good wordpress experience theming and customization

- Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.

- Very good experience in php,MySql,PDO,Ajax.

- Understanding of MVC design patterns.

- Laravel experience more than 1 year

- cross platform mobile development experience - ionic or react native

- Understanding accessibility and security compliance.

- Strong knowledge of quality processes and a track record of delivering high quality code.

- The ability to accomplish work remotely.

- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.

- The ability to work under pressure.

- High-Energy / Motivated and passionate about working.

- Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges.

- Excellent English oral and written communication skills.

- Good communication skills.

- On-call availability and periodic overtime
