Mission and Main Objectives Under the supervision of the PP, MI and CQ General Manager and supervisor, the MI senior associate produce precise market information by querying data repositories and generating periodic reports. Devise methods for identifying data patterns and trends in available information sources. The market intelligence senior associate will study and develop activities and proposals creating the right positioning of Nissan product regarding price and other necessary criteria. The senior associate will gather, analyze and evaluate information from variety of sources to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand and positioning. MI senior associate supports PP with necessary data and reports while carrying out functions assisting the team.
CQ senior associate Conduct Nissan sales & Service way activities and handle customer complaints with the concerned departments and follow Up on their action plans to insuring corrective actions are taking place.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities Analyze competitive market strategies through analysis of related product, market, or share trends. Support, plan, and coordinate operations for single or multiple surveys and questionnaires. Communicate with customers, competitors, suppliers, professional organizations, or others to stay abreast of industry or business trends. Consult with suppliers to identify survey needs and specific requirements, such as special samples. Plan and evaluate surveys using methods such as interviews, questionnaires, focus groups, market analysis surveys, public opinion polls. Direct and review suppliers’ reports, including survey support staff and interviewers who gather survey data. Verify and submit analysis from suppliers and research agencies’ extensive databases. Ensures the accuracy and validity of data obtained and modifies accordingly.
Track research market conditions in local, regional, or national areas, or gather information to determine potential sales of a product or service, or create a marketing campaign. Gather information on competitors, prices, sales, and methods of marketing and distribution. Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand. Write comprehensive written reports, presentations, maps, and charts based on research, collection, and analysis of intelligence data. Optimize and set up analytics tools for tracking buyers’ behavior. Forecast and track sales trends, analyzing collected data. Devise and evaluate methods and procedures for collecting data, such as surveys, opinion polls, or questionnaires, or arrange to obtain existing data. Collaborate and provide assistance with the preparation of project-related reports, manuscripts, and presentations. Seek and provide information from and to international and regional company teams to help determine position in the marketplace.
Background & Experience Minimum 1 year experience, preferable in Market research in the Automotive sector
