Provide Administrative assistance effectively and efficiently in order to achieve smooth operation in the organization, while achieving highest level of internal and external customer satisfaction. Provide direct assistance to the Business Director, arrange professional-level administrative, operational, policy services, be a point of liaison and support to the Business Director and Leadership team.
•Provide administrative support to Managing Director by acting as the point of contact with internal/external clients
•Provide professional and confidential administrative and research support to the Business Director
•Oversee Administration department to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the organization
•Responsible of handling all legal matters as the point of contact between Energizer Egypt Management, local legal firms and Energizer Legal team in the U. S.
•Responsible for arranging board meetings and annual general meetings and ensuring there is a proper record of the meetings
•Coordinate important events such as Energizer annual conferences and mid-year conferences
•Evaluate policies to ensure they are in compliance with corporate rules and regulations
•Support the executive team in all travel preparations including airline tickets, hotel bookings and visa issuance
•Collaborate with the Finance function to monitor travel related expenses and relevant invoices
•Coordinate communication activities including translations as well as maintaining and updating the internal communication platforms
•Ensure operation of office equipment, order maintenance when necessary. Troubleshoot malfunction of the office equipment.
•Maintain inventory and office supplies. Anticipate office needs; evaluate new office products; place and often expedite orders when necessary and telecommunications payments and general enquiries on payments
•Manage the General Services team in terms of attendance, tasks and deliverables
Required Skills and Experience
•Fluent in English and Arabic
•Proficient with the use of MS Office programs
•Experience in Administration and Management with the ability to demonstrate leadership while maintaining credibility, trust and support
