Job Description
Raw material planner
Interpret inventory requests, purchase requisitions, orders, and other documents to co-ordinate purchasing activities with the organization's current and anticipated demand for goods and materials. To insure timely ordering in order not affecting production cycle.
Call off all local contracted item and affiliate and third parties suppliers.
Preparing all paper work for customs clearing and Banking to facilitate importation. Maintain inventory control systems that track the status of purchase orders, inventory levels, and production requirements and interpret inventory requests, production schedules, orders, and other documents to co-ordinate materials handling activities with the organization's current and anticipated demand for goods and materials. Coordinate with warehouse to manage all deliveries or returns if rejected. Follow up the imported placed orders regarding the documents and lead time Monitor the quality and timeliness of materials and goods supplied; follow-up the status of purchase orders with vendors to ensure timely delivery; and communicate status of orders with internal customers.

The position holder is required to act competently on other tasks that may be assigned to him from time to time.
