Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests and offering hem a beverage, answering phones, handling company inquiries.
Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries. Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed. Directs visitors by maintaining employees and department directories; giving instructions. Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges on the system. Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers. Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments. Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying. Record incoming invoices & go through the follow-up to the end cycle till supplier confirmation back receiving all heir amounts. From 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. Bachelor degree of Business Administration or equivalent. Very Good command of English language is a must. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Knowledge of Microsoft office.
