Senior Accountant

• Manage commercial banking relationships to facilitate an appropriate credit resource under highly competitive terms (Authorizations/ Injections/ Confirmations)

• Coordinate and resolve various issues with bank such as cleared check differences, bank fee anomalies, targeted balance calculations and enhancements to online services

• Managing Cash flow & log Analysis preparation

• Review and reconcile all Inter Company cross charges

• Manage Internal IHB bank accounts

• Ensure retaining required documentation for each transaction

• Processing payments

• Single point of contact for vendor/employees inquiries

• Month-end closing (Accruals/postings/follow-up) with hub & PWC

• Reconciling Monthly Takeda HFM Report with local books

• Responsible for Fixed Asset register update and monitoring

• Protects assets by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing internal controls as per global guidance regarding capitalization, amortization, acquisition & dismissal

• Controlling ongoing workflows and processes

• Review expenditures of departments to make sure expenses allocated are not exceeded & assist in drafting budgets

• Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends

• Handle audit requirements on a timely and quality basis and coordinate all audit activities to ensure clean report with no critical findings.

• Ensure the timely submission of tax returns with maximum level of accuracy to tax authorities and secure payments to avoid penalties.

• Reconciling Monthly Takeda HFM Report with local books.

Educational qualifications

Bachelor degree in finance / accounting is a must

Relevant Experience

A minimum experience in relevant industry of 5 years

Skills & personal characteristics

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to think logically and to interpret facts and figures accurately. Effective oral and written communication skills are essential in working with both clients and management.

Attentiveness to detail, patience, and diligence.

SAP knowledge, MS office full package strong and proven technical skills.
