Scope

Implement and supervise operations standards within Drinkies stores, Making sure to enhance the focus on quality, service, cleanliness and value in order to achieve total customer satisfaction

Job Responsibilities

Maintaining smooth flow of the stores daily operation with achieving highest customer satisfaction and best buying drinks experience for our customers. Review and recommend actions to be taken to ensure the highest levels of quality, service and cleanliness are implemented. Work on achieving sales and profit targets (monthly, quarterly, and annually) Handling the most complex consumer complaints or enquiries Responsible on the availability of all products in all stores Control the stores monthly expenses Manage the monthly rent paid to the owners Verifying sufficient inventory level to serve our customers. Adhering to the company cash policy and procedures. Organizing the plan of work. Performing end of day inventory and folio entries. Maintaining control over the store assets. Maintain storage area FIFO.
