The Key Responsibilities of the Advanced Analytics Practice Leader are:- Identify, validate and drive new Advanced Analytics opportunities 　- Leverage knowledge & experience to design Advanced Analytics solutions which best meet the client's business needs.　- Overlook delivery of projects within the practice to ensure smooth delivery that meets client and IBM objectives　- Support the delivery of Advanced Analytics projects as Lead Architect or Lead Consultant or Delivery Manager　- Maintain an effective business relationship with the client's management team.　- Define, Plan & Execute capacity/recruitment and capability building programs within the practice　- Support solutioning and develop value propositions for Advanced Analytics offerings targeting different markets (regional & global markets)
