Consultative decision making lies at the heart of our value of Interaction- Undertake consistent talent assessment of current and future capabilities, building capability and targeted development plans- Work with other HR teams and HR Business Partners in a matrix organizational environment Mission Key Priorities for the HR Manager Role:- Drive impact and collaborate as a business partner and trusted advisor- Understanding the business trends and people implications, connecting and integrating insights in order to diagnose and identify interventions needed to improve organizational effectiveness. - Active listening, practiced coaching and asking the right questions ensures that HR Managers are uniquely positioned to deliver good people management outcomes- Empower business leaders to lead- Assessing, interpreting, and presenting findings on leadership and organizational effectiveness and holding leaders and teams accountable for behaviors and actions that drive the right culture and build the capabilities needed for a dynamic organization- Plan for the required training's for all staff, based on their yearly appraisals. - Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and programs for determining whether changes need to be made to ensure appropriate skills development Experience Requirements 5 -10 years’ experience in a senior HR business partnering position - Proven track record in business partnering- Passion for the broad spectrum of generalist HR activities Knowledge Strong knowledge and proven experience of the Egyptian Labor law- Experience in negotiating collective agreements- Networking and communication skills at a high level- The Way We Do Things, Business Code of Practice and Sustainability, along with Group values & culture.
