Job Description

Job Purpose/Summary: S/he will be responsible for leading the Customer Success technical team to handle products support, troubleshooting production issues and developing hotfixes and customizations for different products. S/he will be responsible for supervising and guiding the team, analyzing technical impact of required changes, proposing technical solutions to customers, aligning with business specialist and customer Success manager on tasks priorities and aligning with products team on products updates Accountabilities Review technical solutions for hotfixes Lead the team technically Aligning with business specialist and customer Success manager on tasks priorities Develop early error detections tools Propose technical solution to the customer.   Job Requirments: B.SC in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent is required

7+ years of similar experience

Strong knowledge of object oriented concepts

Strong knowledge of C#, ASP.NET (Web Forms/MVC), WCF, SharePoint

Strong knowledge of Database concepts, analysis and design

Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server

Good knowledge of Client side scripting (JavaScript/JQuery, Angular)

Good knowledge of Azure

Strong Support, Maintenance, troubleshooting and problem solving skills
