Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Interior Designer. As a Senior Interior Designer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing interior design projects from concept to completion. This includes developing design concepts, creating space plans, producing construction drawings, selecting furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), and collaborating with clients and contractors to ensure successful project delivery. You will also be responsible for providing design guidance and mentorship to junior design team members.
- With an experience in Finishing Design (Interior Designs).
Qualifications:
- Expertise in Space Planning, Architecture, Interior Design, and FF&E selection.
- Experience creating accurate and detailed design spaces drawings.
- Strong project management and time management skills.
- Working in various projects (Residential, Commercial, Hospitality & Landscaping).
- Creating 3D Animation by Max or Lumion.
- Have an Excellent Presentation Skills.
- Excellent 3D visuallizer.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal 
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture or related field.
- 7 up to 10 years of experience in the industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, lumion, Revit, 3D MAX, Photoshop and other relevant software.
- Experience in high-end luxury residential and
commercial design is preferred.
