Senior Architect for Albawani

We are a large Saudi Engineering company located in Cairo, Heliopolis, is seeking to hire a full-time (Senior Architect)
in our Cairo office

Responsibilities:
· Reporting directly to Lead Engineer depending on his assignment.
· Preparing the design, Shop and As-Built Drawings.
· Follow up project time schedule and discuss thoroughly all the progress of the project with the Lead engineer.
· Studying and applying all the principles, standards, codes, and proper practice.
· Reviewing all documents which are connected to the project.
· Keeping in sight of all assigned tasks, making sure that all is on track.
· Ensuring all drawing elements are as per the latest approved materials/ contracts documents.
· Ensuring that all RFC's (request for clarification) are implemented on the Drawings / BIM Model.
· Making sure that the quality of all the technical submittals (shop drawings, Materials, etc..) is based on the Al Bawani Drafting Guidelines & Shop Drawing Checklist.
· Ensuring that all drawings are coordinated with all other disciplines.
· Check Revit Models validation and QC.
· Follow up BIM Architectural team and check Revit model health and quality.
· Have technical experience to check and solve relations between Architectural items and other disciplines by visual coordination & clash report.
· Prepare and distribute clash reports to facilitate the coordination process.
· Develop and review Revit model files up to LOD 400, LOD 500.
· Ability to create script or other automation programs (is a plus)
Education and Experience:
· BSC of Architectural Engineering with 5-10 years of experience.
· Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
· Aware of standards and know how to apply and keep it in all projects.
· Aware with BIM Level of details and how to apply it on BIM project.
· Understanding of all building systems.
· Understanding of design and document coordination.
· Knowledge of construction techniques and shop drawing production.
· Navisworks is essential and dynamo is an advantage.
· Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
