Job Description
Fabric Tales Company is hiring.
Location : Heliopolis
Position : Accounts Payable Accountant
Job Responsibilities :
1) Reviews all vendor invoices prior bookkeeping them to ensure compliance with local tax laws and internal control measures.
2) Assists in end-of-month closing activities by maintaining lists of Accounts Payable transactions as well as the general ledger entries
3) Prepares accrual expenses and prepaid expenses and prepayment accounts
4) Prepares withholding tax report on quarterly basis (prepared for the previous quarter and must be submitted the following month)
5)Pro-actively making suggestions for improvements in procedures/savings.
Job Requirements:
1) Work experience as an Accountant With ( 2 : 3 ) years’ experience.
2) Excellent in Microsoft office .
3) Odoo ERP System is a plus.
4) Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
