Mechanical Maintenance Manager for MBCC

MBCC is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Manager to join their team! 
This role requires someone with 10-15 years of experience, including 5 years in a managerial position. 
A university degree in Mechanical Engineering is also required, as well as a profound knowledge of the cement industry. 

Responsibilities include ensuring the mechanical equipment operates within specified parameters, evaluating maintenance procedures, and identifying spare parts needs. Additionally, the Manager will review all mechanical maintenance activities, including those from contractors, and manage their team to ensure high levels of initiative, cooperation, and personal development opportunities.
