🔸 Quality section head
- Responsibility:-
Develop implement,and periodically evaluate a program to ensure the organisation production operations, from raw materials to finished products, meet the quality, integrity, and efficiency standards set by the organization.
*Develop and or review standards, policies, and procedures for all functions and departments involved with or related to the production of all products. Gives decisions over the shipment of any product or products and accepts the responsibility for products being in compliance with all regulatory and company standards 
*Develop, implement and mange health and safety policies and procedures in the workplace. Performs safety audits , conducts safety training session and creates initiatives to reduce and prevent accidents on site
*Review and resolves quality problems concerns with the quality control manager and other includes vendors, customer, quality control personnel, and any personal related to production.
*Periodically inspects completed quality checks inspects and verifies quality control checks for conformance to prescribed standards 
*Schedules and perform quality audits and reports finding to Deputy CEO and all plans and ensures timely resolution of finding
*Receives and reviews all customer satisfaction feedback and product component failures analysis reviews corrective action with appropriate personnel
*Evaluates quality report and other documentation required by regulatory agencies and support the quality functions
- Job Requirements:-
*Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Industrial Engineer, Engineering applied art or Science)
*Experience from 4 to 7 years
*Proven experience in Quality Management, *preferably within the textile industry.
*Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
