Ahl Masr Hospital Located in New Cairo is Hiring the following Position:
Job Title: Shift Engineer
Job Type: Full-Time Job
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
Years of Experience: from 1 to 3 Years.
Industry: Facility Management (Hospitals/Hotels/Shopping Centers).
Language: Good Command of both written and spoken English 
Computer Skills: Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook.
Job Description:
- Monitor maintenance technicians’ productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
- Follow Up daily operation work and ensure that all work orders is done successfully. 
- Prepare list of spare parts required for maintenance (preventive and corrective)
- Determine departmental needs of manpower (hire and train new employees)
- Machine installations, Preventative Maintenance program, Emergency 
service 24/7 support, support operations and hospital staff.
- Coordinate between technicians to facilitate proper cooperation.
- Write Daily operation logbook.
- Follow up daily readings, checklists, & engineering workshops daily logbook.
- Follow up daily maintenance requests & ensure all to be completed in time with the required standards.
- Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work.
- Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance.
- Participate in coordination of projects (e.g., renovations)
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations.
- Follow up infection control instructions, health and safety regulations, Quality policies, hospital policies, & any other assigned KPI’s.
- Any other tasks assigned by the direct manager.
