About The Job We are currently seeking to hire a Senior Hr Executive for our Retail Divisional Unit in Egypt. The jobholder will be responsible to lead and support employee relations and learning & development plans for the business through effective coordination with the Senior HR Business Partner and Line Managers. Focus on the development and maintenance of the company training plan and individual development plans to secure business competency and succession planning.
About You As a Senior HR Executive, you must have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or Business Management or any relevant discipline with at least 4-7 years of experience in a similar role - either L&D/ Generalist role . Previous experience in the retail field is preferred. HR Diploma is a plus.
