Office Furniture Company Located in 5th Settlement is hiring ( Purchasing Specialist )
Job Description
- Responsible for searching for different suppliers to meet the needs of the factory of raw materials and operating supplies.
- Responsible for choosing the best supplier in terms of price and quality.
- Coordination with the financial Department regarding the appropriate payment methods for suppliers and financial management.
- Compare the previous prices with the current prices in case of ordering the same raw materials.
- Execution of purchase orders as soon as possible so as not to delay the manufacturing process.
- Maintaining the purchase budget, reviewing all purchases and working to reduce the prices of raw materials.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building ability.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent in Microsoft Office .
- Minimum of 3 years experience in purchasing/procurement/supply chain management required.
- Experience in the furniture industry is a plus
