Role purpose

Play a key part in maximising income for the English and Exams business in the British Council in MENA. Campaigns planning, agency management, monitoring and evaluating regional and countries campaigns is the core of the job. Working collaboratively with key stakeholders across our business, you will be a key influencer in supporting the on-going success of the business. You will be evaluating countries digital marketing strategies, raising capacity of the wider marketing team, work closely with finance team while making sure that the regional agency delivers upon the SLA and contract. To succeed in this role, you should have proven experience in directly managing multi-language and multi territorial campaigns simultaneously delivering different products to different segments. As a Digital Campaign Manager, you should be tactical strategist who pays attention to the main picture as well as campaigns execution. You will maintain ownership of agency management and optimization of digital marketing blueprints in order to actualize company goals. You will be expected to push the boundaries on digital marketing efforts in order to drive conversion and continuously identify new opportunities to grow the business. 



Location: Egypt Contract Duration: 1 year (renewable) Closing Date: 25.09.2017 Salary:  10,303 - 14,239 Egyptian Pounds

Requirements

§ University Degree

§ Proven ability to work in a geographically dispersed team (virtual teams). § Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing.

§ Demonstrable in-depth digital marketing experience and expertise across digital channels: display, SEM, mobile, email § Familiar with the fundamentals of marketing. § Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, webtrends) § Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking § Strong planning skills § Tracking, measuring, and analysing the performance of digital campaigns § English language: (level B2 on CEF)     Written and spoken Arabic (level C1)
