Position: Quality Control Specialist.

Code: QCS0301.
Level: (3-5 years of experience).
Location: 5th settlement, Cairo, Egypt.
Technical Qualifications:
Experience: (3-5 years of experience Quality Controller in a manufacturing field.).
-Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 is preferable.
-Understanding of ISO 14001 and Health and Safety practices
-Experience in process validation is desirable
- Good command of English language (Speaking, reading and writing). 
- MS office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, word) – very good.
- Understanding of engineering drawing metal & Die Casting manufacturing processes

-             Work independently with minimal supervision.
-             Ability to present data effectively
Job Role:
• Examining the product and ensuring that it conforms to the required standards. 
• Responsible for product quality control in the middle or inline stage according to the company quality standard. 
• Inspect the finished product and verify its compliance with quality standards.
• Isolate any defective product from the identical products and distinguish it as defective.
• Ensure proper color codes are marked on the products.
• Responsible for the investigation of the quality problems, and the analysis of the causes, able to advise improvement and find solutions. 
• Responsible for the correct recording and filing of all relevant record logs and Documentation.
• Formulating inspection plans for materials, work in progress & final products.
• Determine the proper sample size & sampling method according to sampling instructions. 
• Check and inspect samples according to the approved standards & quality limits.
• Making the proper decision for acceptance or refusal. • In case of refusal, determines the required action (material return, products sorting or execution). 
• Prepare all inspection-related reports. 
• Give all reports and checking results to the statistical analyst.
• Manage third party risk management assessments.
