Qualifications:
·Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Applied Art or a related field.
·Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a garment manufacturing or textile industry.
·Strong knowledge of production processes, workflow optimization, and lean manufacturing principles.
·Proficiency in using production planning and control tools, as well as statistical analysis software.
·1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the garment manufacturing or textile industry.
·Strong knowledge of production processes and workflow optimization.
·Agility and ability to quickly adapt to changing environments.
·Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex production issues and implement effective solutions.
·Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
