1. Planning Section Head

Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree (Civil or Architecture Engineering).
- Minimum from 12 to 15 years of experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Power Point).
- Advanced Level in Excel Equations. 
- Primavera 
 
Job Description:
- Support the team members during the kickoff of new projects and 
during the overflow of tasks in projects to deliver the needed tasks on time.
- Prepare the detailed time schedule for the project. 
- Prepare periodical reports for the client including the schedule updates, resource histograms, S-curve, work volume and areas of concern.
- Monitor the project plan.
-  Cooperate in preparing any claims that may cause any delay in the project to gain client’s approval for time extension.
-  Prepare a scheduled risk assessment to ensure that risks are taken into consideration when executing the project.

2. Cost Control Team Leader

Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree (Civil or Architecture Engineering).
- Minimum from 9 to 11 years of experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Power Point).
-  Advanced Level in Excel Equations. 
 
Job Description:
- Monitor the actual cost including the productivity rate of manpower and equipment, percentage of wasted material and comparison between subcontractor budget and actual cost.
- Conduct estimates to complete analysis for the remaining works in the site.
- Prepare estimate budget at completion analysis to clarify the variance between the estimate at completion and first budget cost.
- Prepare monthly reports and send them to the site to inform them of their productivity and wasted materials’ rates, variance whether under or over budget and profit and loss amount to see if it’s appropriate to release the over budget cost.
- Compare between the actual cost and budget released from financial cost balance.
- Lead and coach the team members and orient the new members to be able to carry out their responsibilities effectively.

3. Senior Planning Engineer (2 Vacancies)

- Location: Upper Egypt (Site Based)
- Location: Old Cairo (Site Based)

Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree (Civil or Architecture Engineering).
- Minimum from 6 to 8 years of experience.
 
Job Description:
- Create and update “External and Internal” project master baseline and revised it.
- Create plan for other departments to ensure that execution stage will not be delayed to achieve required target.
- Follow up all the project performance, highlight any issues delaying or will delay the project and study the method to solve it
- “External and Internal” weekly, bi-weekly and monthly reports.
- Evaluate any changes on the original contract to create and manage all the claims related to the projects.
