Job Description

PwC seeks an IT Specialists to support the Egyptian government in developing fiscal and budgetary reforms based on international standards and best practices. It will focus on improving cash management, budgeting, and expenditure control at a number of ministries, particularly the Ministry of Finance, and on promoting greater efficiency, transparency, and accountability. Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with other project team members in the implementation of project activitiesSupport enhancement of government systems related to Public Financial Management in such areas as capital expenditure planning, control and monitoring; cash management; fiscal risk management; budget forecasting Provide training and coaching on approaches for improving government financial systems Contribute to public communication and performance monitoring

Requirements

MS in Information TechnologyMinimum 8 years of experience implementing complex ICT projects with a focus on financial systemsExperience working with government and donor officialsStrong communication and change management skillsDemonstrated experience to work with local stakeholdersExperience managing and implementing complex information systems projects in Egypt or Middle EastStrong English language skills Industry Deals
