Qualifications
Develop solution selling with key customersacross Pearson’s HE products and servicesMaintain and grow existing adoptions; manage andupdate a sales pipelineReport and track sales opportunities, markettrends, and emerging risks on a monthly and quarterly basisDeliver product updates to distributors and endusers to ensure customers are using the latest editionsWork closely with the technical team and CairoHub to support customers who are interested in digital transformationUpdate and maintain a comprehensive customerdatabaseKnow everything about competitors’ business,strategy and sales approachSeek out and execute upsell opportunitiesTrain partners in key product features, benefitsand outcomesSupport sales and service delivery teams on customervisits as product and category expertSubmit a quarterly plan outlining priorities forsales calls, marketing activities and events
