Job Description/ Architecture, Interior Design

-Outstanding organizational skills required to successfully and simultaneously manage multiple projects. 
-Direct the placement of equipment at the jobsite by providing detailed drawings. 
-Prepare and ensure the customer is provided all the necessary warranties and instruction manuals upon the 
completion of the job. 
-Communicate and follow up with partnering design houses to ensure highest level of customer service and 
satisfaction. 
-Prepare installation files and ensure they are well communicated with the installation team. 
Candidates will need the following key skills and attributes: 
-Hold a degree of Architecture, Interior Design, or Product Design
-Has good command of Autocad.
-Excellent communications and presentation skills 
-Basic understanding of plumbing and electrics. 
-Customer service skills - ability to build a good rapport with our long standing customer base 
-Responsible, organized and professional - someone who takes pride in their work 
-Good attention to detail and conscientious in your work 
-Experience of working with and managing sub-contractors, surveyors and fitters 
-Experience in dealing with customer complaints 
-Previous product ordering and procurement experience
