Q.C Handover Supervisor for M Squared

We are seeking a highly experienced “Q.C Handover Supervisor” to join our team at M Squared.

Job Location: Trio Compound – New Cairo

Job Description:
· Monitor quality of units during construction phase.
· Inspect units before release from construction to handover.
· Track snag list and missing items.
· Follow up on units with comments.
· Develop a template for inspection reports.

Job Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering.
· Minimum 3 years of site experience.
· At least 7 years of experience in QC handing over background.
· Very good command of English language.
· Very good handling and presentation skills.
· Very good leadership skills.
· Results oriented & quality focused.
· Good MS Office user and AutoCAD.
· Real Estate background is a must.
