Mission and Main Objectives Parts & Accessories Management through Dealers Network ensuring customer satisfaction & enhancing Nissan Brand Image in the market. Purchasing & Logistics Operations through international/local suppliers within Budget & KPIs.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
Planning annual dealer’s targets to ensure AS annual business plan achievement & implementing/facilitating dealer’s parts/wholesales/accessories purchase & distribution policies through AS network. Implementation of sales & operational strategies in order to maximize sales & meet dealer/consumer demand in timely and cost effective manner. In-store logistics operations, stock control, shipments follow up, customs clearance, GOEIC technical specifications/Testing/E-Mark certificates follow up. Warehouse management & KPI setting to ensure Inspection & dealer delivery operations are performed in timely manner. Solving customer parts availability problems received through call center/dealers/NMEF to achieve customer satisfaction index targets. Parts pricing planning to obtain competitive Retail prices and achieve monthly business plan operating profit through Benchmark surveys & Gross profit analysis. Department & Subordinate KPIs to develop and grow business, achieving monthly targets, analyzing sales data to identify opportunities for improvement, parts distribution, discounts/incentives strategy. Accessories Business plan & targets through AS network & PDI to achieve annual targets.
Background & Experience Minimum 10 Years Of Experience
Automotive background is a must)
