Job Description
Lead a team customer support agents. (tech or non-tech)
Supervise Customer Care Agents, Customer Care Team Leaders , Customer Care Specialists.
Ensure daily management of operationnal activities.Systems and premises maintenance,monitor and measure performance.
Investigate customer complaints.
Evaluate and plan to maintain agreed service levels.
Coach and motivate team leaders
