ATW Ltd. is launching an On-the-Job Training (OJT) program and we are looking for passionate, eager learners to join us. This is a fully paid program, not an internship, providing real-world experience in the following roles:

– Front-End Developer
– UX/UI Designer

This intensive 6-month program will immerse you in our technology stack where you’ll work on real projects and gain essential skills. Successful participants will transition into a 3-month probation period, followed by a full-time employment contract.

The selection process includes a quick phone call, a personal interview, and a technical interview about the basics of your chosen track, followed by a practical task. Monthly evaluations are part of the program to ensure progression.

Please note that this program requires on-site presence at our office in Giza, Egypt, for 40 hours per week.
