The Hope international Travel is hiring now Senior Aviation Ticketing Agent.
Job description:
Issue – Reissue – Change – Refund airline tickets.
Confirm and modify flight reservations.
Prepare and locate records and information for customers and colleagues.
Ensure that colleagues and customers follow proper procedures.
Keep records and information.
Follow-up the Ques on Amadeus at least 5 times daily.
Handle emergency requests 24 hours.
Creating daily reports.
Job Requirements:
GDS Amadeus (Basic & Advanced) Experience is Must.
Graduates ONLY & Bachelor Degree Holders.
Males & Females Can Apply.
Prefer applicants live near Maadi.
Good in written and spoken English.
Excellent Communication Skills.
Knowledge of travel industry terminology and good grasp of geographical flight routes/airports.
Presentation Skills, good-looking, Supportive Attitude.
At least 03 years experience.
