* 𝐂𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭 ( 1 – 3 Years’ experience )
Responsibilities:
– Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
– Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
– Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist clients effectively.
– Collaborate with the team to improve client support processes.
– Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members.
Requirements:
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong problem-solving abilities.
