– senior #Graphic Designer
Job Description
– Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, branding, and websites.
– Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral.
– Create and design animated and static designs.
– Video editing and rendering.
– Create UI/UX website & applications designs Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule.
– Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines.
– Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications.
– Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
– Illustrating concepts by designing mockup of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval.
– determining size and arrangement of copy and illustrative material, as well as font style and size.

Job Requirements
Excellent command of Illustrator, Photoshop and In Design
Good knowledge in (Adobe After Effect – Adobe Animate –adobe premiere bro)
Must be creative and have the ability to develop new ideas
Understanding of website design, corporate identity, advertisements, multimedia design, and general design guidelines
Good knowledge with printing guidelines
Excellent at photo composition, manipulation and retouching skills
Real Estate experience is a must
