Position: HR Specialist
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Suez Governorate, Egypt

Overall Job Roles & Responsibilities:

– Knowledge of relevant local HR/labor regulations and issues, core understanding of HR risk topics.
– Develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
– Manage the recruitment and selection process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting interviews.
– Develop and execute training and development programs to promote employee growth and retention.
– Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on human resources policies and procedures.
– Administer and manage employee benefits programs such as health, retirement, and time-off.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor degree preferably in HR or related field

Experience Requirements:
– + 4 years of experience in the field
– Excellent English
– Must be local or willing to relocate
