ATM/OASIS OPERATOR SPECIALIST

Urgently required for a well known Bank
ATM/OASIS Operator Specialist
Role SummaryProcess the data related to the debit cards system (OASIS)
, runs the existing system and undertakes impact analysis on planned changes and project implementation approaches.
As well as ensure the high availability and the business continuity of the debit card system (OASIS).
Key responsibilities
Run the ATM services fulfilled through the OASIS system, monitors these services, identifies the encountered problems
related to the ATM services.Implement the daily debit card procedures and send the output reports to the issuance team.
Run the END OF DAY procedures, the Batch system execution procedures and the extracting of ATMGEFU files to the IFLEX system to be uploaded to the accounts.Execute the debit cards renewal procedures the beginning of every month and send the data to the issuance team to be issued.Execute the backup of the data related to oasis system on periodically basis.Transfer the VISA transaction related to Mutual Funds System at the Visa EOD procedures to be processed in the Mutual Funds BOD procedures.Ensure SLA (service level agreement) and OLA (operation level agreement ) and followed and met, through the monitoring and reporting of targets and the under taking corrective actions where and when necessary.
Typical skills, and background
Bachelor’s degree in BIS or equivalent majors.
0-2 years experience in
banking operation or a similar field.
Work in 24/7 shifts.Exceptional Written and verbal communication skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.Good
command in both Written and spoken English
.Having high problem solving and analytical skills in addition to being proactively working on issues.Can identify problems and refer/escalate complex issues to a higher level.Ensure deliverable are always of a high quality.Able to build partnerships and work well in teams. Able to
work under pressure.Multi-tasker.
