HR SPECIALIST
For Immediate Hiring, Spirit for Consultancy Services “SAP Golden Partner” is looking for #HR Specialist with the below:
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the recruitment and hiring process
• Onboard new employees
• Conduct performance reviews
• Develop and implement training and development programs
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor legislation
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field
• A minimum of 3 to 6 years’ proven experience in a similar role
• Good understanding of the full recruitment process
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Solid problem-solving and team management abilities
• Very Good English Language
• Previous experience in IT field
