#Senior Property Consultant
-Responsibilities:
1) Assisting clients to make sound property-purchasing decisions
2) Finding clients in need of consultancy services through cold-calling, advertising
3) Analyzing market trends and demographics to identify the most sought-after and profitable areas
4) Consulting with clients to identify their needs, preferences, and financial concerns
5) Maintaining an extensive database of all properties for sale
6) Communicating with legal counsel to prepare sale and lease documents
7) Promote sales through advertisements, and listing services
-Qualifications:
1) Bachelor’s degree
2) Presentable
3) Outstanding negotiation and communication skills
4) Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
5) Real Estate experience minimum 2 years in the same position
