Posting Description - Bachelor degree of Automotive Engineering Mission and Main Objectives Regional Aftersales Non-Technical Trainer accountable for Planning, Developing and conducting all Non-Technical Training activities based on Nissan Standard Curriculums to Egypt Dealers & North Africa NSCs front liners based on Annual Training Plan, targets, KPI’s.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities Create regional and national annual non-technical training plans based on targets and Training standard KPI’s. Analysis/Evaluate each Dealer & NSC Performance based on Quarter report results to monitor and update Training enrollments vs target & plans. Assists in setting the annual training budget Develop & Conduct all Non-Technical Training Courses for both regional and national based on annual training plan and aftersales Guidelines and KPI’s. Conduct Train the Trainer (TTT) courses for both regional and national Conduct on Job training Activities based on Course needs/criteria. Conduct on Certification assessments based on Course needs/criteria. Produce training handouts. Develop Monthly reports for all Training activities. Develop non-technical training after activities reports. Update NML Quarter report including training and dealers staff status, organization changes, turnover %, newly hired and trained staff. Arrange required preparations during train the trainer courses such as training venue, hotels, Visa, transportation, etc. Manages the office environment, with support from the administrative staff, to ensure that it is both safe and orderly in appearance for staff and visitors to the organization image Performing pre-evaluation of the training participants and final evaluation on the result of the training to measure the training effectiveness. Recommendation and action plan addressed to NSC, Dealer training manager. Develop/send training announcements and participant invitations to all targeted staff. Assist technical training instructors in prepare and conduct Technical training activities. Preparing and updating training aids. Arranging and preparing training vehicles, books, equipment & handouts. Nissan Regional Contest Market Leader - responsible for Regional and National Contest Full planning, Criteria, Budget, Organizing, Execution & Judging. Supporting of special events organized by Nissan as a cross function activity.
Background & Experience - minimum 6 years at the same position Professional Certified Trainer Technical Automotive Engineering Knowledge is a must
