IT Systems Engineer for BARQ Systems

BARQ Systems is seeking to hire an “IT Systems Engineer”

Requirements:

– BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
– 0-2 years of experience
– Proven working experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting network components, security systems, and communication devices.
– Solid experience in the administration and performance tuning of network components and communication systems (Routers, firewalls, CISCO communication solutions)
– Experience with virtualization and containerization (e.g., VMware, Virtual Box)
– Experience with monitoring systems
– Experience with software configuration tools
– Solid scripting skills (e.g., shell scripts, Perl, Ruby, Python)
– Solid networking knowledge (OSI network layers, TCP/IP)
