dejavu is announcing to hire a Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team in New Cairo

Qualifications & Experience:

-Minimum one year of customer service experience preferably in a telecommunication sector or retail field with Excellent phone etiquette

-Area of experience: Contact center – Customer service or relevant experience

-Preferred New Cairo residence or nearby

-University Degree is a must – Military Service

-Exempted or completed for males

-Very Good in Arabic & English (Reading, Writing & Oral), very good computer skills

-Very good communication & negotiation skills

-Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment

-Ability to identify the problem and determine the appropriate action/redirection to solve issues promptly

-Ability to adapt to change, and meet the changing demands of the work environment

-Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized
