Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Specialist
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
– At least 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in a similar role
– Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
