Training duties: - Coordinate the different training courses, and handle the different training -Collect the training needs from the different departmentsAssist in formulating the Yearly Training Plan of the company HR Operations - Conduct orientation of newly hired employees, and handle their concerns.
- Processing new hire paperwork, and fulfill legal requirements for the hired employees.
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form up to date.
- Coordinate both social and medical insurance enrollments and communicates with service providers concerning routine administration.
- Relay company policies and guidelines to employees, and enforce standards for professional behaviour and general work operations.
